Teaching #yogasculpt 8a tomorrow morning at #hot8yoga. This is the perfect way to quiet the mind stuff. And then 6 hours of #handstands and more with @patrickbeach at @reddiamondyoga . It’s going to be a fabulous day. #sundayfunday

We’ll be concentrating on supination in the arms through various poses to feel our shoulder blades press in to our back. And then we’ll release those shoulder blades apart by hugging ourselves and being ever so grateful for our bodies. So happy that day 25 for #inspiredyogis is a heart opener, as it lines up perfectly with my class today. @monkeymix @gordonogden @inspiredyogis
